Legal · Review draft

Terms of service

Proposed platform responsibilities and operating boundaries, prepared for review before any binding terms are introduced.

Draft for operator and legal review · Not an effective policy

This document outlines the platform’s data and service practices for review. It has no effective date, does not introduce new account agreements, and must be reviewed before publication as binding or approved policy.

Status & platform scope

These are proposed terms for review, not an active agreement or a statement that a contract has been accepted. The operator’s legal identity and contact information remain to be confirmed.

Fidescript is a platform in development for document preparation, internal attorney credential review and appointment coordination in the Philippines. Legally effective notarization, electronic signing and sealing, certificates, official books, authenticity lookup, payments and certified release are unavailable.

Eligibility & accounts

Public registration supports customer and attorney accounts. Account roles cannot be changed through profile updates; administrator accounts are granted separately. Registration does not verify identity, approve credentials or grant professional authority.

The operator and counsel must determine age, capacity and other eligibility terms, account-recovery processes and any approved agreement acknowledgement before introducing enforceable eligibility provisions. Email recovery delivery is not implemented.

Customer responsibilities

Proposed responsibilities include protecting credentials, providing accurate account and appointment information, having authority to use uploaded materials, and observing applicable document and identity requirements.

During development, use synthetic records only. Draft acknowledgement, annotations and preparation checkpoints do not create legally effective signatures or notarized documents. Users must not rely on them as legal instruments.

Attorney responsibilities

Attorney registration provides access to a separate onboarding workflow. Credential submission and internal review record information supplied by the applicant. Neither registration nor internal approval issues or independently verifies a Court commission.

Proposed professional responsibilities include accurate credential information, maintaining applicable authority, setting accurate availability, reviewing requests and acting within applicable professional obligations. Counsel must review those responsibilities and the platform’s role before adoption.

Documents & acceptable use

Proposed use rules would prohibit unauthorized access, impersonation, malicious uploads, misuse of personal information and attempts to bypass permissions or security controls. Uploads must comply with implemented PDF type, size and page limits.

Document sources and saved revisions are immutable. Submitted documents, application credentials under review and preparation-pinned bytes have editing and deletion restrictions. Uploading a file does not establish authenticity, ownership or legal validity.

Intellectual property, permitted licenses for processing uploaded material and any content-removal procedure require operator and legal approval. This draft does not grant a new license over user documents.

Appointment procedures

Requests require applicable identity eligibility, an owned acknowledged document, an eligible attorney and available capacity. Booking uses 30-minute slots with lead time, booking horizon and overlap checks. Appointment times are presented in Philippine time. Attorney review determines whether a request is approved or denied.

Cancellation and denial release the active reservation. Workflow and preparation retention rules may still restrict editing or preserve a pinned revision. A confirmed appointment or communication session does not establish completed notarization.

Availability & third parties

Features depend on environment and provider configuration. Private file workflows remain development/test only. Live-presence checks provide limited testing assurance rather than government identity authentication. Communication services support configured sessions, with production video admission unavailable.

Service levels, outages, provider responsibilities, account suspension, termination, review and appeal processes must be defined and approved by the operator. This draft makes no uptime commitment or new unilateral termination rule.

Contact, changes & acceptance

Verified operator and support details have not been published. See Contact for the current limitations. The Privacy Policy draft separately records data-processing and rights questions.

These pages do not change account registration, versioned identity consent, draft acknowledgement or appointment consent. Before activation, approve the operator details, terms version, effective date, change-notice process and any necessary acknowledgement flow.
