Getting started
Which services can I use on Fidescript?
Fidescript brings account management, document preparation, attorney onboarding and appointment coordination into one Philippine e-notary workspace. Legally effective electronic notarization, signing, sealing and certified release are not currently offered. PDF preparation is restricted to the configured preview environment using sample documents.
Which account should I create?
Choose Customer to organize your documents and appointment requests. Choose Attorney to access the professional onboarding journey. Attorney registration creates an account only; it does not grant ENP approval or a Court commission.
How can I get help accessing my account?
Visit the Contact page for account support information. A self-service password recovery option and email verification delivery are not currently provided. Keep your credentials private and never share your password or session details.
Documents & appointments
What can I do with my documents?
Explore PDF preparation with sample files in the preview workspace: review pages, add annotations, save revisions and acknowledge a draft before an appointment request. PDFs are limited to 20 MiB and 1–1,000 pages. Live customer document processing is not enabled, and draft acknowledgement is not a legal signature.
What do I need to request an appointment?
Booking checks identity eligibility, an owned acknowledged document, and an attorney with recorded internal approval and a current commission covering the slot. The slot must match availability and have no conflict. Appointments are 30 minutes, at least 15 minutes ahead and within 28 days, using Philippine time. A request still needs attorney review.
Does uploading a document verify my identity?
Identity verification is a separate step from account creation and document preparation. The preview’s live-presence check is a limited demonstration, not government identity authentication or legally sufficient identity proof. Production identity verification is not currently offered.
For attorneys & your privacy
How does attorney onboarding work?
Attorneys submit commission information and credential PDFs for internal review. Submitted applications cannot be edited during review. Internal approval records a review of supplied credentials; it does not independently verify or issue a Court commission. Availability and appointment access have additional eligibility checks.
Who can access uploaded documents?
Access follows document ownership and the applicable appointment or credential-review permissions. Assigned attorneys have scoped appointment access; administrators can review credentials attached to qualifying ENP applications. An administrator account does not grant general access to all private documents. See the Security page for implemented safeguards and deployment limits.
Where can I ask for help or make a privacy request?
Visit Contact for customer support, attorney onboarding, privacy and security inquiry information. Verified contact details will be published there once confirmed. Keep identity records, passwords and confidential documents out of public channels.
